一、基本信息:
曹翠,女,獲西北大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,碩士生導(dǎo)師,陜西省西安市青年托舉人才,校級青年骨干人才,主要從事功能性糖的營養(yǎng)與生物化學(xué)研究,特別是在藥食兩用植物多糖的分離純化、結(jié)構(gòu)表征及功能活性和糖基化修飾相關(guān)酶的研究方面。目前,已在Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Food & Function、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Foods、ChemCatChem等國際期刊發(fā)表SCI論文10余篇,其中近五年以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表7篇。郵箱--:ccmhdmf@163.com。
