現(xiàn)主要從事微生物與植物互作機(jī)制研究、微生物材料開發(fā)及其功能強(qiáng)化研究、高附加值化合物生物轉(zhuǎn)化研究。首先,針對(duì)陜北干旱半干旱地區(qū)土壤鹽堿化嚴(yán)重、化肥超量低效、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重以及農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物難處理等問(wèn)題,開展了緩解土壤鹽漬化根際微生物及生物質(zhì)資源利用研究,研究了植物根際促生菌(PGPR)對(duì)植物防病促生性能及作用機(jī)制、開發(fā)了微波催化熱解制備生物炭技術(shù)及生物炭基解鹽緩釋菌劑材料產(chǎn)品、開發(fā)了農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄食用菌渣資源化利用成產(chǎn)生物有機(jī)肥技術(shù)。其次,針對(duì)高活性天然產(chǎn)物在自然界中含量稀少來(lái)源受限,且結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜難以大量合成的問(wèn)題,從生物大數(shù)據(jù)及多組學(xué)兩個(gè)方面開展關(guān)鍵酶的挖掘,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵酶進(jìn)行功能驗(yàn)證,實(shí)現(xiàn)了酶法合成高附加值天然產(chǎn)物。為了克服游離酶生物催化轉(zhuǎn)化高附加值天然產(chǎn)物的缺陷,開展了MOFs和磁性納米粒子等新型固定化載體對(duì)游離酶進(jìn)行固定化研究,建立了酶固定化工藝技術(shù),解析固定化酶的蛋白分布、形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、催化活性及協(xié)同催化機(jī)理。
